Exhibitors

This is where the exposure of your products, services or latest innovation REALLY comes into its own! Take advantage of our Exhibition options to maximise your time in front of delegates, aeromedical colleagues and suppliers. The exhibition area will be the location for all tea and lunch breaks between the conference sessions so is an ABSOLUTE MUST to get your message out there.

Fascia Sign

For Options One and Two, a basic fascia sign bearing the name of your organisation is included. 

Any special signage or logo representation can be arranged directly with the exhibition hire company.

Conference App Competitions (NEW)

We are developing a range of competitions to be conducted during the conference via our new conference app. These will encourage interaction between yourselves and conference delegates.

 

Staff on site

Registration for ONE (1) company representative to staff the display site & attend social functions is included **

 

** Additional staff registrations can be purchased if you wish for more than one team member to be onsite.  Additional Exhibitor Registration is AUD $220 (Dinner not included). Additional Exhibitor Dinner Ticket is AUD $190

 

Company Logo

Your logo will be included on material bearing exhibitor acknowledgement, included but not limited to: pre-conference delegate kit, conference website & app, onsite electronic sponsor slide shows and delegate lists.

 

Furniture & Fixtures

Please note that furniture is NOT INCLUDED with booth space. Please contact the exhibition hire company direct, where you can arrange items you require at your additional cost.
