Exhibitor Access       

Trade Exhibition set-up:

Wednesday 26 September: between 2:30pm – 5:00pm


Trade Exhibition pack up:

Friday 28 September: from 5pm*


*Please refrain from packing up earlier as delegates will be moving through the trade area after the close of the conference.                                                                


Exhibition Times

The exhibition area will be open to the delegates at the following times:


Wednesday 26 September: 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Thursday 27 September: 08:00am - 5:00pm

Friday 28 September: 08:30am - 5:00pm

Representatives Onsite

If anyone from your organisation is wanting to attend the conference you must register with Conference Design before the start of the conference. This is the same for any guests you wish to invite to the conference.


An official conference name badge will be required to access the conference and exhibition area.


Your Contact Person           

When booking please appoint a single point of contact within your organisation. All bookings will be recorded under the one name and all correspondence will be sent to this person.


Sponsor Registrations

If you have not yet registered any representatives for

the conference, please log into the sponsor registration portal and register your attendees as soon as possible or email


Additional staff registrations can be purchased if you wish for more than one team member to be onsite.  Additional Exhibitor Registration is AUD $220 (Dinner not included).  An additional Exhibitor Dinner Ticket is AUD $190



Late and missing deliveries are the main problem for sponsors and exhibitors when arriving onsite for a conference.

  1. Download and use the delivery label provided by the venue (above)

  2. Confirm with your courier the delivery has been made BEFORE you arrive.

  3. Have the name of your courier, the consignment numbers and confirmed delivery date when you arrive.

Goods will be accepted from Monday 24 September 2018.



Wrest Point Hotel Casino offers ample free parking, with a 3-story undercover carpark.



  1. Box up any materials requiring collection and leave on your stand for collection by venue staff during bump out.
  1. Arrange for collection of the items with your Courier, you will need to make a collection label with your company details.
  1. Check with your courier whether a consignment note/number is required. If so include these details on your boxes before they are collected by the venue staff.

  2. Freight will need to be collected no later than
    Monday 1st October 2018.


Freight Logistics Company

Wrest Point recommends COPE Transport for all your freight requirements. COPE Sensitive Freight is highly experienced in packing, transporting and delivering to conference venues nationally.  They can be contacted on the free call number 1800 030 989.


If you are not using COPE Transport, please bring your own completed courier consignment notes.  It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to organise a courier to pick up your goods from the Loading Dock 2 no later than 2 working days after bump-out has concluded.  


Exhibitors and Sponsors are responsible for all freight to and from the conference venue, including satchel inserts. If you have any questions in relation to this, please contact the Wrest Point Hotel Casino.

Onsite Storage

There will be limited on-site storage facilities for packing materials, boxes and giveaways. Exhibitors cannot leave boxes and packing material in the exhibition display area during the conference.


Important Information and Deadlines



Your logo will be used on the website, in the printed program, in the conference app and on a joint sponsors’ slide.


Please supply a logo in high resolution PNG, JPG or Vector Format .pdf no less than 1mb in size.

Company Profiles

Your profile will be included in the conference app and on the conference website.


Please supply:

Sponsors - 200 words    •    Exhibitors - 50 words


Please include a contact name (where appropriate), email address, web address and phone number.

These should be emailed to Conference Design






PDF e-satchel Inserts

For the conference app and as a supporter of the conference you are entitled to provide an electronic document / brochure / advertisement for the eSatchel section of the app.

Please email the file to no later than Wednesday 29 August 2018.

  • PDF advertisements will be linked to your profile and the eSatchel component of the Conference App.
  • High resolution, colour PDF
  • A4 portrait orientation, 210mm x 297mm
  • Maximum size of 150kb per file
  • No bleed and no crop marks
  • PDFs will be uploaded as ‘as received’
