Abstract:
This talk will look at the pressures of aeromedicine and what strategies we can implement as organisations, leaders and individual clinicians to manage these pressures. It will focus upon how we physiologically and psychologically respond to the pressures and stresses we face working in this field and what we can do to try to control negative responses.
