2026 Aeromed Photo Competition

Whether you’re aircrew, pilot, paramedic, nurse or doctor, we invite you to submit your best photos showcasing the diverse and dynamic world of the aeromedical industry, using the theme ‘Critical Care in the Air: Remote, Real & Relentless’.

By participating, you’ll not only have the opportunity to win a prize but also have your work recognised and acknowledged by your peers within the industry. Selected photos may also be used in future publicity material by our organisation.

Conditions of Entry

  1. The competition is open to anyone registered to attend the 2026 conference.
  2. Photos supplied must be the original work of the photographer submitting the photo and entry implies that people, businesses or organisations depicted in the photo have given permission to the photographer to feature in publicity material. The entrant must be the copyright owner of all images entered.
  3. Images should be supplied as HIGH-RESOLUTION RGB jpeg files, of suitable image quality at a MINIMUM size of 3mb.
  4. The Competition will be judged by a panel of ASA and FNA representatives and winners will be announced at the Conference Dinner. Winners’ names and all entries will be published and displayed on the conference website and on social media (including the ASA Facebook Page).
  5. The submitting photographer freely agrees to their photographs being used by ASA and/or FNA in future publicity without seeking further permission and without the photographer seeking remuneration or compensation.
  6. ASA+FNA agrees to credit the submitting photographer where the photographer’s name has been provided.
  7. ASA+FNA Conference Organisers or representatives are not responsible for checking the authenticity, copyright or permissions in each photo and will not be held liable for any issues relating to these areas.
  8. Submissions that are deemed to be of unsuitable reproduction quality or those that do not meet the entry criteria will not be considered for judging.
  9. Entry into the competition implies acceptance and understanding of the rules and competition criteria noted here.
