A/Prof. Andrew Pearce1

How does military aeromedical evacuation differ to civilian aeromedical training and mission profiles? What does it take to do this work and who are those doing the role in Australia?

How can you train specialists from all over Australia to be current and competent in critical care retrieval on Air Force planes?

What does a military PHRM course look like today and what will it prepare you to do?

How can we prepare our MCAT teams whilst also providing civilian care in retrieval services.

Mission profiles, lessons identified and challenges for employers and employees will be examined.
