- Tuesday, 27 October 2026: Pre-Conference Skill Stations & Workshop Day (Held at NCCTRC & RFDS Base Darwin)
- Wednesday, 28 October 2026: Program Sessions and Welcome Reception (17:00 – 19:00, Hall 2)
- Thursday, 29 October 2026: Program Session and ASA AGM
- Friday, 30 October 2026: FNA AGM Breakfast, Program Session, Conference Dinner (18:30 – 22:30, Waterfront Rooms 1-3, Darwin Convention Centre)
Can I still register?
Yes: Register via the Aeromed Conference Website
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes. The Convention Centre’s basement car park is open 24 hours and charged at a flat rate of $5 per day.

Is there a dress code for the conference?
- Pre-Conference Workshop: Comfortable, close-toed shoes and casual attire suitable for a practical, hands-on training day
- Conference Session: Smart Causal
- Welcome Reception: Smart Causal
- Conference Dinner: Cocktail / After Five
Will sessions be recorded, and for how long can I watch them?
- Yes, if you have purchased a post conference recordings package. Sessions which have author permission to do so, will be recorded.
- Access to presentations will be available for 12 months post-event (Please allow 10 weekdays for recordings to be made available).
How do I access the recordings?
Access to the online portal with recordings will be emailed to all registered delegates 2 weeks post conference.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
If you are no longer able to attend, please contact the team at Conference Design at mail@conferencedesign.com.au.
Is there an event app or community platform?
Yes. All delegates will be emailed their personal login information.
