Critical Care in Aeromedical is an industry with minimal tolerance for error. Compromised of small, highly specialised members, these high performing teams are expected to react and execute tasking in minimal time, with minimal information, in all situations.
With both military and civilian experience in aeromedical operations, as well as being able to draw experience from other high performing sporting teams, there are critical elements and consistent themes that perpetuate successful results every time.
A unique aircrew perspective, after watching and learning from medical teams, we will deconstruct workplace cultures, individual attitudes and values, and how these align with team mates to form goals and a common purpose to operate consistently at peak performance producing best patient care outcomes.
